We ship all over India. We use the services of third-party delivery service provider, namely, Delhivery, for shipping the orders placed by the users. Our standard shipping rate is fixed at Rs.100 for all orders. For ready stock items, the estimated time of arrival is 2-7 working days. For preorder items, the estimated time of arrival is 14-24 working days. We don't permit cancellation of an order once it is placed. To avoid such circumstances we advise our customers to kindly place an order after re-assuring it.

Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made. Generally, we do not accept returns/ refund, except for the following situations :

- Goods received in defective condition.

- Wrong specification (wrong model/ colour/ size/ item).

- Items out of stock.
